+1! I did not like the big brace at all, I originally got it when I was naive enough to think that revs make a "better" bowler. But I was happy to have it lying aroudn when I needed one due to my injury, and the "free hand" trick was very helpful, too. But if you have a poor release, it will hardly improve through a (huge) wrist device. If you use one, it is IMHO best to consult a good(!) pro shop with a good assortment and someone who can really judge your problems - if you need a wrist brace, try to get along with the lightest/smallest one that actually cares for your specific problem.
