I tried their sample size, and to me is way to touchy. Mix to fast and you get bubbles and the stuff heats up. Mix to slow and the stuff turns to gel and raises like bread dough.I'm just sticking with the 6 hr plug. I never have any issues at all with that plug.Good luck, I hope it works for you

I have been using the plug. I love it. Coloring is a little tricky though. For darker colored balls, it's amazing. I haven't found a perfect way to get lighter color balls perfect yet. The plug, itself, is fantastic.

Agreed Tommy. I can do fingers in 30 minutes if there aren't inserts and 45 with. Thumbs take an hour. But this stuff is awesome so far.

I hated the Vise Rapid Plug. . . The finish product was crap. This is completely different.

I am referring to the Hybrid plug as well. The cure time is 1 hour or less for me. The color is a dark and gold and lighter colored balls are difficult to match. Also, you use equal parts hardener to compound. I believe we are very much talking about the same thing.

mix color in hardener. 3-4 drops of white and then the color before mixing the resin in. I think this is the BEST available as far as quick durable plug.

We are tkk.
Yes, always pour and mix the color in the hardener first. It may not be the best for light colors, but it's the best quick plug for sure. In a pinch, what's it matter if the color isn't exact.
