RED WHITE AND BLUE PATTERNS
« on: March 27, 2010, 04:53:39 AM »
42''Blue pattern. How damn easy is this.I thought it would be a little harder. The push after 3 games
makes it even easier.Anyone bowl on a 42''  blue pattern yet.

Great that is what the high average guys need...easier conditions that will fix the inflating scoring pace.

IMO any tourney or Scratch leagues sanctioned by the USBC Should be bowled on a sport or PBA Pattern.

They put the shot down this weekend in a tournament.I didn't get to bowl the tournament, but
I practiced on it but did not bowl the tournament because of a inflamed shoulder. The shot was
anywhere from the eight board to fourth arrow. The backends didn't have a lot of jump, but nice
crisp roll to the pocket. The equipment I used was, "chose your weapon".The guys and
women shot 300's yesterday and today.Only thing I can see that was different was the shot held
up longer, and the push helped a lot of peoples games including mine. The averages my have only
been changed by 5-10 pins. But with fresh oil it will really help others.improve.their averages.
