Illinois Bowlers Get Together
« on: March 22, 2004, 06:10:52 PM »
This is a followup to the ILLINOIS-where is everyone from.

Let me know who would definitely be interested in getting together and suggestions on when would be a good time. I know I could set something up at Town and Country in Joliet, nice 44 lane house.

Illinois is a big and long state so I know Joliet is not REALLY good for the bowlers from southern Illinois but if this thing goes over and we have a good turnout and interest to do it again we can then select other sites. This is not cast in stone as far as a site if everyone would rather move it further south?????????? Open for suggestions.

Anyone interested in helping set this up let me know, who knows what it could grow into. Its all about bowling, meeting new people and having fun.

I'm in if schedule permits.

I try and leave sunday mourning open for practice time.

Town and country has $8.00 an hour from 9 to 11 or 12 on sunday mournings.

I say keep it informal and we can run some kind of pot game for fun.

I'm game.  Let me know when it will be, and if I am free, I'll be there.

Like others have said, if the schedule permits, I'll be there. Just for reference, Sunday's are usually best for me. That would be cool, because Joliet is only about 45 minutes away!

Joliet area is fine with me.  Sat or sundays middle to late may works just fine.

Same here, depends on the day(time).

Joliet is close for me.

I will check with Town and Country in Joliet about availability for a sunday in early May.  I will keep this post going so people who are not on everyday might see it and sign up.
