Does anyone have any plans for building a homemade ball jig ? I am thinking of making one to do my own drilling and have a couple of ideas, but any other suggestions would be great.
Lets here some of your ideas !!!!
Thanks, Mike

E-mail edward brogdon @ buildit@lcc.net. He sell's CD's on how to build a jig and a ball spinner. I think he only charges $10.00 or so. It's worth it if you ask me. Comes with pictures and where to buy the stuff you need. For the jig, you will need a compound slide table and toggle clamps. Those 2 items cost the most. The compound slide tables usually run around $75. There is alsow some welding involved. I havent finished mine yet, but I'm getting there. You will also need a very large bench style press, or a floor model. The small press' dont have enough clearance. Hope this helps.

Contact Doug Sterner at dougsproshop@aol.com , his father-in-law is a genius, and built him a jig. He told me his father-in-law can build ANYTHING! Check him out.
