The PBA makes you keep any type of powder in a small bag. You can't dump it on the settee, etc.

alot of the bowlers use that stuff. At the pro am in reno Wiseman had so much stuff on his fingers and thumb I would think it would take him an hour to get ready to bowl. I imagine you need it to be able to get through all the games they have to bowl.
