West coast…Lessons with Ron Clifton?
« on: May 10, 2004, 09:06:14 PM »
I will be on the west coast June 8-22
If you live in the Reno area, Oakland Ca. area, Southern Oregon area or Phoenix Az. area and would like to book some lessons let me know.
I have a chopped up schedule but I may be able to fit you in…..worth a shot if you are interested.
rclifton@traid.rr.com
The cost will be:
1 person for 2 hours $120
2 people for 2 hours $200 save $40 as a couple

group lessons:
This is really better cause you get more total time and will learn more for less money

4 people for 4 hours $400 = $100 per person
6 people for 6 hours $540 = $90 per person
(does not include lineage)
Satisfaction guaranteed or your money back...all but lineage!!

Doc, I hate to be Captain Obvious, but:

Actually, I wonder how hard it would be to get a group event together around the Oakland area.. I'd be willing to drive up for something like that.

I am sure there would be several BR members that would be willing to get out for lessons.

I know some of you have sent me pv. messages but when I click on "Messages" I get a message that says "Directory listing Denied". Does anyone else have this problem?

I am on my way out of the house now I will post later about west cost lessons.

Hey Ron,

I'll ask my center Mgr what she'll charge per line in Alameda, that's where I have my shop.  More convenient if you wanted any adjustments done for an individual or you can use it as a classroom too if needed.  Castro Valley I know offers $1.50 per line Sunday mornings for open play, I'll check on the others and get back to you.  Fremont(Cloverleaf) stays kind of on the dry side, if that's a condition you would like to give lessons on.  It is clean and bright though as Doc said.

Bowl400 or Doc, what's the lineage at Clover on the weekend?  Thanks.

1.50 on Sundays but sometimes they will work something out if there is a group.  The shot in the mornings is a challenging shot.

Guys I will give you more info next week. I am on my way to the seminar in Md. now. When I get back I will figure out when I can be where.
Seek out good bowling centers to work in.

tenpinspro,
It was nice of you to offer your shop to work out of.

No problem Ron, glad to be of help.  I also have a VCR and TV set up in the shop for visual aid (also at your disposal also if you want).  Pls pm me with your schedule and flyer and I'll post it in the bowl and my shop for other potentials as well, thanks.
