OK, Shot 299.
« on: September 05, 2008, 08:37:29 AM »
I shot 299 last night, and I found out I will not get a ring for this. All I will get is a plaque. Now I already have a 300 Ring, but I always liked the 299 ring, and the way it looks, I like the blue stone. Can I still get one if I pay for it myself or am just sh!t out of luck?

Grats on the 299.  It is the only ring I don't have.

Anyhow, just wait for the USBC to approve your award & you should be all set to order the 299 ring direct from the manufacturer Keepsake.  You can view the cost & styles upfront at keepsakebowling.com.

You can also order at anytime. So if you change your mind in the future you can still order.

I thought I threw a good ball, it was clean off my hand, I hit my mark, and it was the third game, and I left a wiggling six pin. I tripped the six pin in the first ball of the tenth, second ball was solid in the pocket, but I think my line was drying up, and did not want to move, and leave a flat seven pin.

And thanks for all the info guys.
