Looking for balls that get easy length, with medium-high RG and low to medium differential.
Looking for ball for playing the deep inside angle, when the back ends break down, for a semi cranker style.
--------------------
Balls for this winter season:
Terminator - Stacked - Heavy to medium oil
Big Bang - Stacked - Medium oil
Kong - 4.5 x 4.5 - Medium to light oil
White Dot - Spare ball
-
If I were in the market for a dry lane ball right now, I'd probably look hard at the Neptune or maybe the Venus from RG.

Mr. Lebowski, this is Bill Salnicker with the Southern Cal Bowling League, and I just got a, an informal report, that a member of your team, uh, Walter Sobchak, drew a firearm during league play. If this is true of course, it contravenes a number of the league's by-laws, and article 27 of the league...

Any Columbia300 Messenger. The key to getting a dry ball is to not sacrifice hitting power for less hook. I have heard dry balls like the Storm Tropical hit weak. I know my Storm Recharge tends to hit weak too. The SuperFlex Coverstock is legendary. Columbia300 needs to bring it back!

The Vertigo is the best ball Storm ever made. Find one if you can.

NEPTUNE NEPTUNE NEPTUNE
I have found that the Neptune is the best dry lane ball I have thrown in quite some time. It gets down the lane very very easily on the wet dry house shots in my chain infested area.
The first week with the ball I shot 300-762. This week 716. I cannot tell you how easy it is to get this ball down the lane and still have plenty of juice left for the back end.

Hammer purple vibe excellent dry lane ball

most people aren't familiar with these, but these 2 will dominate the toasted condition, Lanemasters Straight Flush and Hornet. The Hornet is very comparable to the Desert Heat, while the straight flush goes a step further in it's ability to handle dry. It fits in between the Desert Heat and the White dot.

HOG you are a L/Lm guy, so you should know the Hornet is probably going to dominate these conditions.
