Not 100% on all of them but Ill see what I remember.
Full Plug and Redrill- $20 w/o inserts or thumb slug
Plug Fingers only -$10
Plug Thumb only-$10
Finger Inserts (pair)- $8

Resurface-$15-$20
Surface Adjustment- $10
Clean and Polish- Pro Shop usually just does it for me lol.
PAP- 4in right, 2in up of center of grip.
Rev Rate-400ish
Ball Speed 18.0-19.0 mph
I score well with a slight chicken wing

Thumb slug $10 + includes installation
Drill blank ball $45 no inserts
Plug redrill thumb $20-$35 (I think it depends on ball?)
The rest I do at Home, except plugging..
