i've bowled a lot in around canada and my house is the only house i've ever been in that has purple lanes..just wondering if anyone else from down in the states or anywhere has ever seen these overlays before...

my guess would be that it is an overlay designed to make cosmic bowl even more interesting when they kick on the black lights...

yeah it looks sick they all glow...but there really high scoring.

god i know so much carry down..we had some pretty bad wood lanes and we put them over top of them...but on a fresh shot...very very high scoring.

It looks like the reflection of the purple paint above the masking units is whats making the lanes appear that way.

Sounds like they use laneshield.
