Post by: glenn9812 on June 06, 2008, 12:32:38 PM
I've been outof bowling for 10 years and getting into a summer league. Looking for a new ball. Nothing to exspensive.I can throw a hook. I'm RH.

Have no idea what ball to get. Any company are up for recommendations. I throw a moderate hook from what i remember.
Waslooking at mabye a storm street rod series, Elite R series ball, orbruswick ???

Nor sureon brunswick since they show charts with those big hooks. i never threw them that big before.

Any help appreciated. Would like to buy by sunday

I would recommend a Brunswick Wizard because of the overall versatility and durability of the coverstock. Anywhere from dull to shiny it seems to be a consistent ball. Good luck.

Talk to your pro shop guy as he may also have some suggestions. I like the idea of a solid reactive for your first ball, though.
