Iq tour vs shock

I wanted to get a smoother rolling ball and narrowed it down to these two but I hear the tour is really lane specific anyone able to tell me more?

I don't understand the reasoning...and yes 350-375 is on the upper range and most of the guys on Motiv staff are higher rev

i based a lot of it on the recommended lane conditions one being lighter oil and the other heavier volumes

Both are medium oil balls and can handle more with surface
