Why?  Just send your letter of petition to the USBC.  You know there's a big movement of bowlers trying to persuade them to remove the back row of pins to make the game even easier so everyone can be guaranteed honor scores, right?

yeah i heard that they were trying to replace the back row of pins with pins in the shape of sheep.  Poor sheep.
