I just moved up from the youth league this year. Honestly, theres no need for 2 lanes, we always used 1 lane. Our league was really small. We had the whole league bowling together. From the younger to the older kids. My team had no handicap, and we shot 998 for one game. Also our first bowler only shot 176 that game. It didn't bother us that little kids running up besides us, or anything for that matter. Now that I have moved up to the adult leagues, it's pointless for 2 lanes. Seriously if you cannot make a good shot with someone up 2 lanes next to you theres a problem with your self. Weather it be lack of concentration, or you are not the bowler you think that you are.
