I bought a new 16 pound bowling ball off Amazon last week and I'm trying to find a way to take the strain off of my arm when I throw it. Any suggestions?

Begin lifting weights or buy yourself an elastic band and start doing exercises with it. If that don't work ....sell the ball. Pretty easy.
Some days you're the bug....some days you're the windshield...that's bowling!

To strengthen your arm and shoulder muscles, you should regularly practice some exercises such as weight lifting, push-ups, shoulder rotations to improve and be more flexible.

Practice some games without thumb in ball.
That will build muscle.

Don’t buy 16# balls.
