what would you choose if you can

since i've been working out the past 6 months. my 15lbs equipment seem kinda light and i have a hard time with my timing unless i slow my approach down but that feel awkard..  will an increase to 16lbs make a different.  what would you prefer..  i avg. 221 on THS and 191 on PBAX first 6 weeks of shark pattern..
