what do i do?

buying a couple of balls from a guy and he wants cash or paypal I am willing tos end a money order but not a just cash. How do I take care of this?

Don't send cash, unless you are meeting the seller in person!!! It can't be tracked, and there's no method to verify if the seller has received it.
You could sign up for a Paypal account, or decide not to buy from him.
If the deal goes bad, you should have some method of recourse, and Paypal (though cumbersome) offers that, especially since you can back the Paypal purchase with a credit card.

ASk him if he will take a money order from a bank.  That way he can goto the
bank and not have to worried about it getting cashed.

Otherwise set up a pay pal account.  It's one of the best things to do for oneline shopping.

I agree with setting up a Paypal account, several different vendors on the internet accept it and it is a good way to do transactions.
