I know this was sort of started on another topic but here it goes....Hopefully someone can answer these questions?
Okay someone Bowls League, gets 200+ Ave and aquires "The Card" (Their little toe is in the door).
Now Regional Level?
How Many tournaments will a person go to a year?
On Average - How long is a Tournament?
How much does it cost to enter a Tournament?
How much traveling is involved going to all these tournaments (Planes/Trains/Automobiles)?
How much practice time a day is involved to be contender or the best?
What place does a person have to be to break even in money after competing in a years worth of tournaments? (Paying for travel, eating, lodging, equipment)
I don't know if these are the right questions to ask, but it seems to me it takes alot of time, dedication, and money to bowl at this level.

Just try'n to keep it on the O LINE!

I will try to answer some of your questions and I'm sure more will chime in.
Tournaments are held on weekends.
Cost for members is $195.00 ($250.00 FOR NON MEMBERS)
There is a tournament just about every weedend in one area or the other.
Travel time is depending on what tournament you choose, a lot of the guys limit them selfs to 4 hrs one way.
You should plan on at least 10 games a day 5 days a week plus weedend bowling.
Cost are dependant on your lifestyle so I won't try to answer this one.
