In our 16 team league the secretary gets $600 and the treasurer gets $225, which is in line with the $1,600 he's seeking for a 32 team league. From what I've seen posted by the others we may be a little high, but ironically, the secretary/treasurer pay is probably the only thing that doesn't spark an argument at our annual meeting.
Keep in mind, 32 teams generates a lot of weekly recap sheets, ABC applications and honor scores to be submitted. And if someone or a group of bowlers are complaining about the expense, nominate them for the position at whatever pay they deem worthy. Then $1,600 should pass with no problem. Good luck.
