What ever happened with that sandbagger that won $30,000?
« on: April 26, 2008, 04:57:41 AM »
A few months ago someone posted a thread about a handicap doubles tournament that was won by a guy (or two guys) that appeared to be sandbaggers. They also had previous winnings that they had failed to report. The guy that posted it came in 2nd place. Were the winners disqualified? Anyone know?

If you're talking about last years Hoinke Classic doubles the 2nd place guys were awarded 1st place.  I know them, not well but we bowl on the same squad every year at the Hoinke.  Good bowlers, I didn't see them throw the winning set but I know that their averages are accurate based on watching them bowl.

As for the baggers, not sure if they disqualified them or just rerated them.
