What I learned from the tourney today....
« on: June 25, 2006, 02:22:08 PM »
I need to increase my knowledge of PBA oil patterns and what equipment to use for each pattern.

Today's tourney, PBA Senior Tour Pattern #3 was used...

Being that I don't have a lot of "hand" I played my usual down and in shot which held for most of the 3-game cut.  In my bag:

TimeZone
StrikeZone
H20
Classic

I was debating on bringing the Goliath today but left it home.  It was prolly the ball I needed.

Anyway, I still have a lot to learn.  Thanks for listening.  I am now out of beer.

The "new" PBA patterns and the Senior/Regional patterns are getting shorter, lighter, and easier.  Still much tougher than the average THS, but I wish they'd keep them tougher to separate the men from the boys.
