What is the average age of your team?

I was thinking about this on my Monday night league when our oldest bowler (87)asked why we didn't get the carry others were getting.  I explained that we were older, threw the balls slower and with less revs, and when it hit the pins it just didn't have the same energy to impart to the pins.  Then I started doing the math and our average age was 66!  I thought about our Tuesday team and best guess, it was about 45.  Could that be why we average better Tuesday?

4 man team average is 30.25 yrs old.

At 39, I'm the youngest on any of the teams that I bowl on. Friday night my three teammates are all 70+ years old. Tuesday night I have an 80+, 70+ and 50+ year old teammate.

Monday scratch league team average is 50yrs old for 5 of us.  I'm the youngest.

My wed team average got a lot lower this year.  I have 2 retired guys aver 60 one in his 50s adn myself in low 40s.  We picked up a 21 year old "kid" this year.

The youngest is a true sub, where as the rest of us are on a rotation for a handicap men's league so we don't get burned out or if one of us can't bowl that week.
