Hmm, which one?
« on: November 22, 2007, 08:41:46 AM »
First off, I am looking for a ball that could handle heavier oil. Right now my Paradigm is the most aggressive. I was looking at three choices: Attitude Shift, Resurgence, and Rising. All of my stats are in my profile, but in case you don't want to look I have medium ball speed and med/low revs. I am looking for a ball that isn't too early because I haven't had much luck with that. I'm sure all three balls would be great for what I want, just looking what you guys think.

don't know about the other two but the Resurgence is a great heavy oil ball if you want clean up front and big backend.the ball loves to roll on the backend and holds energy very well.

I would have to recomend the Solid G-Force or the SuperNova from Lane #1. They both handle oil nicely for me.

I'd gowith the attitude or the resurgence the rising is actually terrible we have a track stafer around here he has drilled 3 of them it is a very strong ball but i loses allits energy in the midlane.  IMHO go with the attitude shift if you dont mind i would like to throw in another option, check out the videos from average joes and buddieson the LevRg by morich hard not to be impressed.

attitude shift is an amzing ball. I have mine and its amazing how clean it is through the heads and how much it hits and backends. Im thinkin bout drilling a 2nd one.

I like to recommend a Lane #1 ball when it fits, but he flat out said he does not want something that rolls early. The original G-force is definitely out since it is an oiler, and the Supernova is a midlane monster! I own (and like) both balls when they are the right matchup, but neither would be right for someone who does not want the ball to start up early.

Sorry if I was unclear. I realize that on heavier oil, a ball that rolls earlier is generally needed. I just didn't want to end up with a ball that rolled too early, like my Secret Agent. However, the Secret Agent is part particle and we had it pin down. I was thinking I could get an Attitude and put the pin 4 1/2 pin to pap, and down. That way, it would roll early but wouldn't roll as early as the Secret because it's a solid reactive.

Track The Rising is a beast.. Anyone who says its terrible is mistaken. I have seen resurgances roll horrible, and I have actually thrown one, and it rolled just bad. All it really did was roll..

I have yet to drill up my Attitude Shift, but many are saying its a good comparison to the Rising.

I would go with Rising, when drilled properly it has amazing length.  I seen a woman using one last week OOB condition on a bowled on THS, she had no problems getting the ball down the lane before it hooked and it didn't burn out on her no matter how she played the lane straight up or hooking it the ball dominated every time.
