What Is This New Ball Grip???
« on: April 21, 2004, 09:50:28 AM »

I am reading the Bowlers Digest right now. There is an article titled.... Turbo Grips is Going Freestyle in an August Seminar. It's a one day seminar at Sterling Heights, Mich. and is about hand positions, release, shooting spares, ball surface and adapting to conditions.

One of the coaches there is a guy by the name of Tim Wieczorek. The article says......"Wieczorek is the mastermind behind the "free style" grip that many bowlers have raved about.".......What is the "free style grip?" Does anyone know?

I believe this would be the inner changeable inserts that can be placed into any ball you have. This allows for the same feel at release point regardless of which ball you decide to use.

Anyone else have any input? Hard to believe with all of the so-called experts on this site that there is only one response.

I've got to think so too!

Out on the turbo grips website they are promoting predominately the interchangeable thumb insert!

Also there calender is being promoted appropriately!
