One of my friends told me some interesting news... he shot 291

so one of my friends calls me and says that he had the first 11 and then picked of the 10 pin. wtf is that? has anyone else done this?

Had a buddy go 293 picking the 6-9-10 off. Guess it is just nerves.

For me everytime I have missed the twelfth it was always a grab/pull right so hard to understand. Picking the ten off a full rack is hard to do. Ever try? I think it is way harder than throwing a strike.

I'll believe 290 the hard was is more unintentional than 291.  Even a really, really bad shot is gonna recover for 3-5 pins.  Might hit the 3-6 pocket, or even right through the 6 pin, but it's hard to throw a hookin' ball to just take out the 10.  Even just taking out the 7 for a righty is hard to do unintentionally.

i know for a fact that it wasnt intentional though. he has never shot a 300 game before. apparently it went out to like the 1/32nd board and somehow stayed on the lane lol
