Which kind of competition do you prefer? I'm talking tournament competition.
Do you prefer to bowl in a team tournament, or sink or swim on your own?
Why?
I like both. I love the excitement and cameraderie when my team clicks. And most team tourneys I get into have enough singles side action to keep me happy in that realm.
Singles competition, either I make it or break it all on my own. No body else to blame - no body else to hold me up, either.

I think we have kinda discussed this before. Here is a link:

I still feel the same way.

I like a good team event best, but rarely bowl them because of my schedule. Because I don't bowl any of the top leagues (swing shift), those guys already have their tournament teams set.

Mumzie, I feel like you do. I enjoy both types. I am probably harder on myself in team, I hate to be the one who costs the team.
In singles, if I'm off, I hurt no one but myself. I don't take anyone down with me.

while i like both types of competition i would prefer the singles format. i like having it all on my shoulders and just worrying about what i'm doing and living or dying off of the things i do. dont get me wrong i like to bowl team events and its great when your team is clicking but i just prefer to bowl singles. mostly just to test myself and see what i'm made of.

For fun i like teams for leagues. For tournaments I like head-to head competition but qualifying to get that far usually kicks my ---.
