Why is it that, increasingly often, someone will post something here and another poster will come along, make a set of assumptions based on nothing other than what they "feel" or "think", and tell the first poster that they are wrong? Why do people who aren't "there" or don't have first hand experience with something tell those who were there or who do have experience that they don't know what they're talking about? Why do people who haven't got a clue about something tell those who do that they couldn't possibly have seen or done something? Maybe I've done this myself, though I don't recall having done so, but it seems to be an increasing habit around here.
Please, people, when someone states that such and such happened, maybe a better tactic would be to assume that they do know whereof they speak, at least until you can prove them wrong.
