I know this vid is short, but can any one tell me how much rotation, tilt I have ?

Put a piece of tape on your PAP, and a short piece of tape running above the finger holes to the PAP. White tape works best. I would also suggest getting the camera at lane level, focused on the ball at the foul line. Repost on YouTube, and I'll be able to help you out.
