Title: What tape can I use to protect
Post by: xrayjay on August 25, 2014, 01:04:35 AM
My pinky finger nail..  ::) :'(

I'm looking for something other than wearing a glove or a finger condom :D  to protect the tip of my 5th digit/pinky. I've used medical tape, but it's "slippery" very little friction/feel between ball and tape on.

Thanks...

Turbo natural grip tape!  It's stretchy and tacky, a great product!

Also consider VISE hada patch---the dark blue pre-cut tape. Does tucking your pinky benefit you that much?

If medical tape gives an undesirable "slipperly" feel, then the correct Vise product would be bio skin. Hada Patch will not provide any friction.

Take a look at Ebonite Rev Tape. I've tried a lot of different tapes for finger protection with real "tack", and this stuff beats all:

Great help guys....I'll look into all of them.

The medial distal (tip) part of my fingernail tends to crack, and btw, I don't tuck pinky.
