Lethal Paranoia

I have arthritic left hip, the only ball that I am comfortable rolling is Lethal paranoia. Is there a ball that is comparable to it.

If you like Motiv, I'd look towards the Max Thrills (solid or pearl)

Otherwise, Track Tundra Blue Fire, Ebonite Fireball, DV8 Chill Pearl.

There's some good options depending on your situation. I've personally seen many senior bowlers with slower speed do well with the Track Tundra series

Storm Hy-Road is known for its versatility and smooth reaction. The Hy-Road is a great choice for various lane conditions and can be easier to handle.

The Max Thrill Solid is one of the smoothest balls I have used. It's a true keeper.
