« on: November 14, 2024, 08:39:13 PM »
I just came back to the bowling league this past September after being away from it for at least 3 -4 years due to covic. Its been a struggle trying to get my old form back. My highest score so far is 178. I just came out recently with the worst is have so far: 105, 120, 96. I.use the bucket method to clean my balls. And using monster tac to clean the ball. I domt know what to.dp to.get my old form back

Why not go to a reputable pro shop and have them look at what you have and watch you throw some shots?  I am sure if something is way off it wont take them long to figure it out.

Great to hear you’re back in the league! Along with visiting a pro shop, focus on fundamentals, practice spare shooting, and check if your ball needs resurfacing. A session with a coach could also help pinpoint areas to improve. Stay consistent, and your form will return!
