I bowl at Husteds house in vancouver, WA and i have been down this year. For some reason i have been unable to pull my head out of my rear untill last night. Wednesday night i shoot 580 something and last night it all worked out.
I was in the pro shop looking for a new ball for nationals in 3 weeks. I am going to get the NEXXUS next week when it comes out. And we were talking about 800, never shot one felt like i never would. I told Mike the pro that i am just to inconsistant and he said "like i always tell you quit muscleing the ball and you will be fine.
I rolled my first 2 balls in practice with a mutant cell and i had nothing down lane, so i went to the bag and pulled out the C-System 3.5 @ 4000 and i saw the pocket become 10 boards wide. I felt like no matter where i rolled th eball last night it was going to carry.
This league fills the 24 lane house, we are the first league of the night on fresh oil, i usually battle a good amount of over/under. Only the second 800 in this league in 20 years.
