I shot 857 last week in practice.... is that good also?  What a joke.  Glen Alison was ripped.

Surely he was a bit leery of actually turning in that score.  If i shot 900 bowling out and no witnesses the whole house would erupt.

I have heard he is a top flight bowler and the thing I found interesting and sort of surprising is that he was doing a league pre bowl or makeup.  BY HIMSELF!

I think that is correct?

Obviously they could tell he hadn't changed any scores as the machine records that type of change.

actually the first three games of a four game set are eligible for three game awards.

am kinda wondering how you can pre-bowl by yourself....though the whole team had to.

I bowled a summer singles scratch league and pre-bowled 3 or 4 sets by myself.  I suppose you could say that the whole team bowled.

I met some cat last night in Baton Rouge who shot 900.  I think he was from Minn. or somewhere like that.  I think he bowls in a 8 lane house.

Seemed like a nice enough guy but he's group said that they didn't have any fun on the ABC shot.

I know Glenn Allison (bowled on his team last Summer and see him every Thursday night) and can tell you that he is proud to have been the first to do it, regardless of ABC's position ("the conditions were not legal at the time").  I can also tell you that he hopes (but does not expect) that ABC will change their position before it becomes a posthumous thing.
