Hey guys. Here are my new vids. I've been struggling with getting more revs on the ball. The first vid is my usual release with little knee bend. The second one has a lot more knee bend for me. Let me know what I need to work on. Also, any positive comments are also appreciated.

Oh the second ball was a strike too, but my stupid friend stepped in the way haha.

Thanks Amleto. Ok so I've been working on that free backswing. I now start with a high chest position, then have a high pushoff around my face, then let it drop down. My armswing is about 6 inches over my head now and feels really free. How's that sound? I'll get vids up asap.
