Whats your old reliable???
« on: August 21, 2004, 01:44:27 PM »
I know everyone has one. Something they pullout when everything else goes wrong.

For myself though I am currently slowly favoring track balls, my old reliable is my columbia beast. Its smoothness and predictability just keeps me going back to it when it gets tough.

Lets hear it........

Used to be my Sapphire Zone, but now it's a toss up between my Teal Rhino and Killer Instinct Pearl.

My oldest El Nino Gold. Polished at 1500-2000. Which is one of the 3 ENG's in my 4 ball bag.

Well it depends what kind of trouble your in.... doesn't it? Personally i like the Viscious peal, can find a line to the pocket on almost any condition as it's drilled pin below ring and cg down towards thumb.

My Thunder Road and El Nino Gold....and I'm not a big Storm fan.  Did buy the new Hero from Circle Athl. and this ball is very smooth and finding its way into the benchmark ball.

Currently it's the Diesel Particle Pearl.  Balls formerly in this category for me were the Pro Purple Buzzsaw, Timberwolf, and Bull Whip.
