Why Should Banger and Insite have Their Own Forum?
« on: January 30, 2007, 01:58:42 PM »
How long was it that Legends and Lanemasters had their own forum?  Over a year for sure......yes/no?  Let's see if they can make it for the long haul....that's my opinion.  BTW.....both companies are using Visionary for pouring their equipment.

Why not support a company like Visionary that has been thru the good and bad?

I'm sure this won't be well received but it's my opinion.  Like it or not it's mine.

BTW.......rolled 674 w/ an Ogre tonight.

Who cares?  If there are people that want a forum to talk about Insite or Banger stuff, let 'em have it.  No skin off my nose.

Why SHOULDN'T they have a forum? Every other ball company today has one. How are people suppose to post reviews on there equipment without there being a forum for there company!!??

Having a forum is not an endorsement of the company which some people may believe.

The name of the site is "Ballreviews.com".  Ballreviews.com maintains a review space and for both of the companies in question. We see quite a few new releases popping up for both Banger and Insite.  One would think that forums would be the next step to consider. I think it's a question of usage and interest.

Are there that many user's that are interested or curious about learning and discussing the products? I probably wouldn't buy from these companies, but that doesn't mean I wouldn't buy them in the future. I would however occasionally drop by and engage in discussion about such products.

A forum, around here, seems to be something that is earned - critical mass in the marketplace or interest level.

Next thing you know they'll have to be buying space on the shelf just like new products in a grocery store. SOme of the best foods never get to the consumer because of corporate control... what is this world coming to anyway! <g>

If they bought advertising on this site, would that help?

All bowling balls should meet a sales requirement per year. If they meet it they are in, if they don't they don't. If they are in and they are on the board and don't meet the requirement they should be stripped. For example, Faball doesn't even exist, get rid of them and we should look at Visionary and Legends/Lanemasters  also.

It's not something that you earn. There should be a forum for all manufactures. The fact of the matter is that the powers that be have stepped up and done something in a timely manner(kudos to them) rather than waiting for the onslaught of complaints down the road.

P.S. If a company does happen to fail I'm sure it won't be difficult to remove the forum.

LOL this is one of the most ridiculous posts I have ever seen. A bowling ball company hasn't earned the right to have it's own forum on a website dedicated to reviewing bowling balls. That's just silly.  You must really be bored to complain about something so trivial.
