All down hill from here
« on: January 31, 2007, 02:13:07 PM »
The center I bowl at just got a new manger and I think he's trying to make some people happy. He started last week and this week the lanes were so walled up it was not even fun to bowl tonight. I shot 746 tonight and lost 48 bucks in brackets and people wonder why this sport is losing its integrity. The only thing adult bumper bowling is doing is hurting the better bowlers.

These houses put down easy shots because it'll bring the not so good bowlers back. A sport shot or a hard house shot will make the alley lose business. That's assuming that most of the bowlers don't bowl much and don't know much about bowling (most bowlers).

Start a PBA experience league like I did. I'm getting great feed back. We will easily get 30 or 40 people. I just practiced on the Chameleon and it was a challenge. What a refreshing change.
