I have a quart of Clean and Dull but I'm looking for some Clean and Tacky.  It use to be made by Track.  Any recommendations?

it was different than clean and dull... however track no longer makes any of it, powerhouse (ebonite) took the clean and dull, but I can't find a clean and tacky from them... so its anyone's guess what powerhouse product compares to clean and tacky...

http://www.bowlingball.com/track-clean-n-tacky-4-oz-bowling-accessory.html

Amazon seems to source it from BowlingBall.com
http://www.amazon.com/Clean-N-Tacky-4-oz/dp/B000WFGBGK

Oddly several internet searches all point back to BowlingBall.com and the quart size which of course they don't have ....

Thank you Jeff.  I ordered five 4 OZ bottles.  They didn't have the quart bottles.

Thanks again,

I believe Ebonite/Powerhouse did not take that over either. I found some a while back at Buddies, but they have no more.
Try:
4 oz: http://www.bowlingball.com/track-clean-n-smooth-polish-4-oz-bowling-accessory.html

Quart: http://www.bowlingball.com/track-clean-n-smooth-quart-bowling-accessory.html

4 ox, 8 oz, & Quart, but ask Joe first if he has them in stock

What is the difference between the Clean 'N Smooth and Clean 'N Sheen they have on the site? I think I remember using one of the products several years ago when the 8oz bottles were still available in the proshops.

Clean and Smooth is a liquid abrasive meant to finish a ball to approx P1500 grit smooth, leaving a matte finish. It is a very mild abrasive and if the ball isn't near that grit level, say P1200, it may hard to finish the ball properly. It can help remove some of the shine from a ball, but won't do a thorough job.

Clean and Sheen is a liquid abrasive plus a light polish.
As far as I know, its main purpose was to smooth out routed ball plugs whose surface was around 400 grit, and to finish them to about 1000 grit and add a light polish to make it easier on ball drillers. Track often called the finish a "compound polish" because, if done properly, it was hard to tell if the finish was polished or matte. Ultimate's Quick Kut and Polish has a similar nature and is a good substitute for Clean and Sheen.

Neither of these is available anymore through Ebonite's Powerhouse brand, as far as I know.
