Supergrit.com
3.50 per unless you get a large quantity

Fast shipping and best price I have found so far.
Highly Recommend

I just picked up a nice set of them (180,360,500,1000,2000,4000) for $18 + $9.50ish shipping here:

http://www.specialtytools.com/product_info.php?products_id=12929

Not sure what the other site charges for shipping though, but they would be 21$ if you bought one of each.

Friend of mine tried to sell me a spinner for 200$ new a month ago, and cracked today for $100 because he was hard up. I felt bad for about 10 seconds =P
