Pin-Pro line.
« on: October 12, 2004, 01:15:18 AM »
I just saw a popular ball advertised as being from the Pin-Pro line.  The ball had the same name, just Pin-Pro in front of it.  Here's the hype from the description:

"PRO-PIN bowling balls are regularly used by touring Professionals. Those who have been lucky enough to throw one of these hard to find bowling balls, know the great and wide possibilities the Pro-Pin bowling balls have to offer. The reaction is unique, unprecedented, and widely used on the Tour."

Any truth to this?  If so, would it then be a bad idea to try to use one of these in league on a typical house shot?

Hey D_MANN,

Not sure if these are the same but some place was selling "pro-pins" by Storm.  These were balls that had like 6 inch pins, whether widely used on tour or not, I cannot confirm but we had another thread about this a while back.  They're basically blems....hope this helps.
