Bowlers Journal Top 100 Highschool Prospects
« on: July 07, 2006, 07:23:53 AM »
I just got a copy of BJ in the mail a couple days ago.  I noticed the cover article was about the top 100 highschool bowling prospects...  immediately my interest was sparked.  I had to see the list.  No big surprise, but Mushtare WASN'T LISTED.  HAHA.  Either this is a mega-oversight on BJ's part OR BJ agrees with 90% of us here an BR and thinks he's a liar, cheater, and all around just not that good.

And this pertains to highscool bowling so are we even sure Mushtare's school even has high school bowling cause if not (or if he does not participate) he would be ineligible for this list.

We have an issue in the shop shop, it's not a top-100 ranking, rather a list of 50 boys and 50 girls considered to be the best in their states.

From what I can see the list is not posted on the net.

You'll have to buy the magazine, go to library, or find some other way to read it.

Where?  Without a subscription, I doubt you'd be able to find it that easily.

That's a good point!  I didn't realize how bad getting a magazine off a news stand could be!  I live in an area of 3 to 4 million people and there are just none to be had.  There is one national chain and their selection on anything is really bad.  We have 2 subscriptions and the bowling center in which we have a shop has at least 3 subscriptions.  The magazine subscription rate is really reasonable at $24 a year.  Finding it one the newstand most likely not going to happen.  Even still subscribe to the magazine.  It's worth the money.

Sorry.. I hadn't really been following this thread..  Its interesting.. I never subscribed to BJ, just because I think its not the best magazine..not very tecchnical..more like readers digest.  But for some reason, it has been showing up at my door for the past couple months...  Oh well.  If I can find the issue (assuming the wife didn't pitch it already), I will make a copy of the page for all..

Now that is the funniest thing I've ever read on ANY bowling board.

Rev-nO, you should be happy about Mushtare.  Until he came around, YOU were the biggest joke in bowling.
