What gives you better carry/mix? Pearls or Solids?

Yes. (No, not a joke, and not being sarcastic.)
-
Hybrids ... or maybe Particle Pearls ... wait, none of the above.

There is no blanket answer to this question. It just depends on the individual matchup with ball and bowler.
Just remember, surface is king. That is absolute.

The one that gets through the pins best on the condition at hand. If your carry is crap it is the wrong ball/ surface

Samsonite. 🤓 😊
But seriously, carry isn't a factor of the type of coverstock. Carry is dictated by ball speed, entry angle, and continuation.
Coverstock is only the interface between the core dynamics and the lane conditions. Use whichever one you need to in order to get the needed ball reaction.

I love my hybrids. They give me the added length of a pearl with the control in the back end of a solid. This matches up well with my stats and what I bowl on. First ball out of the bag/locker is my original forza if I don't know what I am bowling on. Doesn't take me very long to switch to my sinister if I need the same strength with more backend or my ride if I need a tamer reaction

Usually the right ball, with the right surface.

Thanks to all who answered. I didn't ask the question the right way so "never mind".
-
Hybrids. Best of both worlds.
My Grudge carries a lot. But of course, you should hit your mark as best as you can. which goes for every ball.

not a 10 pound tzone I'll tell you that much !
-
Now that is your best response bar none. On top of that you are also correct!
