I know everyone has there own release. If I were to work on a good release should you try and throw it like the pros ex. Chris Barnes, Bill Oneil. How they break their wrist backwards at release and make the ball roll or just turn the ball at release? I understand I am not a pro but I keep trying different releases and I feel I should work on one.

If you can get the ball off your hand clean and have a rev rate over 400 like Barnes and O'neill why wouldn't you? But most people can't.

Great videos showing hand releases of several pros

No two releases are exactly alike because of our own body construction. However if you are looking at trying to emulate someone, either O Neil or Barnes would be great examples. Both of these guys throw plenty of revs with a lower axis rotation that allows for maximum versatility in the modern environment of multiple length oil patterns.
