if there is a blem bowling ball with a pin 8" from CG what exactly would that make the ball do? and could a ball be drilled successfully to compensate for this and be legal? sorry if this is a dumb question but i am not weights and measures smart.

Still totally legal just tough to drill. Basically you'll end up with your cg far from your grip center, or your pin far from grip center. Besides having a tough time with drilling options its fine.

What might happen if you put some sort of axis drilling an a ball with that pin?  Say put the pin on the negative side and the CG on your pap.

Its would probably be a fairly tame ball. Real even arc...or at least Im guessing.

this with the long pin would be legal and would best fit a person with a big hand from a drillers stand point. The ball will go longer than normal as well.
