I have one like this, its bluish-purple. It doesn't have any company markings.

Galaxie is a plastic ball manufactured for K-Mart by Colulmbia or Ebonite.

Thanks, a guy my mom works with gave it to me for christmas. I put it in my closet with my Hammer 3-D Offset.

We had a Galaxie come into the shop yesterday.  It was obvious that it was a blem from Ebonite.  The word Maxim was still a bit visible under the Galaxie logo.  Just interesting more than anything.  It was a peach color.  Hadn't seen that color before.
