Which Bowling Ball Polish ?

I have just purchased a Bowling Ball Spinner and want to start cleaning and polishing my own Bowling Balls. Which is the BEST Polish to use for this.

"BEST" is a subjective term. 

You have to define your goal in order to receive any type of real advice.

Experiment with various types of polish and compounds.  You will find that there is a use for having multiple different kinds.  "best" is most certainly subjective...

Well that is different for every manufacturer.  Like Brunswick/DV8/Radical is "royal shine".  Storm/Roto use a process that finishes with the Storm Step 2 compound.

Regardless of what you use, you will never get it back to the exact factory finish but you can get close.

If you're looking for a very good general Polish that works well across different ball manufacturers, consider Valentino's Snake Oil. It doesn't clog the pores, and doesn't promote too much length. It's a great product.

Any real bowling ball polish should not clog pores.  It's not a wax it's a micro abrasive...

Actually, that's not true.
 
Some bowling ball polishes contain slip agents, which by design not only reduce overall hook but also reduce backend. Example are Valentino's UFO, Powerhouse's Delayed Reaction and Neo-Tac's Control-It.

It's important to understand the characteristics of the polish you're using, and make sure it's in line with what you're trying to achieve.

In addition to Snake Oil, I also use Motiv's Power Gel which is really good, too.

You ask a question on this side...and you will get 20 to 100 different answers...

IMO...If it is a Storm ball...I would use what Storm uses...

IMO...If it is an Ebonite ball...I would use what Ebonite uses...

To get back to factory finish...

But there is nothing wrong with trying other polishes on your ball to see what
works best for you...
