The Turbo Grips Company

I sent an Email to Turbo Grips with some questions I have about their Grips. I sent the Email to their web site 11 days ago (11-8-04) where it says to message them. They have not responded. About 15 months ago, I had an inquiry, I sent them an Email, and they responded the next day. Does anyone know anything about them and their failure to respond to inquiries since that time?

I built this website.
There are a few bugs with the e-mail forms. I really am working on it. They are a very good group and their e-mail system is critical to their customer service.
You can try again, I am monitoring their website e-mail daily.
Additionally, you could post on their Support Forums. They monitor them too. And they have a toll-free number, 800-530-9878.
Sorry for the delays.

Problem has been taken care of. My fault. I left 3 numbers off my Email name.
