I buy equipment online. Even though it costs about the same in the long run, I can choose when to drop the extra cash for the drilling job.
Say I want a ball that is $190 out the door at the shop, and I can buy the same ball for $100 online. I'll go ahead and buy the ball, spend the $100, and later when I decide how I want to drill it, pay the driller his fee for punching it up.
What about warranty you ask? Balls crack, but I ain't no pro, so a little plug in them won't kill me (to repair a crack). I also buy several a year (because this way I can afford to), so if one does become unusable, I usually have one stashed away somewhere anyway.
To the OP. Buddies has a great reputation, service, and pricing.
