ball cleaning....

ive been trying to keep my regiment of cleaning my bowling balls after a round of playing which has kept the balls looking newer and has maintained its reaction...ideally how often should one clean thier equipment?

I do mine every 8-10 games or so.

I use a mild cleaner after every set so that no dirt or oil gets into the cover. Then a thorough deep cleaning once every 20-25 games or so.

In addition to the above, I also wipe my ball with a microfiber towel between shots.

I religiously clean my equipment about twice a year.  I do use Doc's Elixir though.

Just attended a clinic in NJ sponsored by Storm and they advised to clean well after every set.

Every 3 games. As soon as I get home I will always clean my equipment. My cousin never cleans his Ricochet. His is only a few months old. I've had mine a while. Mine looks great and the reaction is still awesome. There's evidence of what care can do.
